– By hiring our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from a legal guardian.
– We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
– Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms may result in the termination of services.
– We provide construction, handyman, and HVAC services as outlined on our website.
– Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
– Service availability is subject to our team’s schedule and workload capacity.
– We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service in certain circumstances (e.g., unsafe work conditions, non-compliance with terms, or lack of required materials).
– A $100 upfront service fee is required to confirm all bookings. This fee covers the service consultation and will be applied toward the total project cost.
– Payment must be made through credit/debit cards, online payment methods, or cash at the time of booking or upon service completion.
– Final invoices will be provided after service completion, reflecting any additional costs for extra labor, materials, or unforeseen job requirements.
– Full payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a non-refundable service fee.
– If our team arrives at the job site and is unable to complete the service due to customer unavailability, incomplete project details, or unsafe conditions, the upfront payment will not be refunded.
– The $100 service fee is non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
– Refunds for any additional service payments will only be processed if work has not yet commenced or if agreed upon due to service discrepancies.
– If the service provided does not meet reasonable standards, we will review the issue and offer corrections, modifications, or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
– We strive to complete all services efficiently and professionally within the agreed timeline. However, unexpected circumstances may cause delays.
– Customers must provide accurate service details and notify us of any special conditions before the scheduled appointment.
– We are not liable for any pre-existing property damage, structural issues, or problems that arise due to customer-provided materials.
– Any additional materials or repairs beyond the agreed-upon service scope will be billed separately.
– We stand by the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty on select services. Warranty details will be provided in the final service agreement.
– Our warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party work, misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
– If an issue arises after service completion, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible solutions.

– Ensure clear access to the work area before our team arrives.
– Provide accurate information about the job, including images or descriptions if requested.
– Customers must review completed work before making the final payment.
– We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
– Any data collected (name, phone number, email, etc.) is used solely for service communication and appointment scheduling.
